We ship watches to addresses within the United States.
All orders ship from China.

Processing Time

Orders take 2–5 business days for inspection and packing before shipment. This does not include carrier transit time.
Processing may take longer during holidays or peak sales periods.

Shipping Carriers

We use international shipping carriers for US deliveries. Once your package ships, we will email your tracking number.

Delivery Time

Estimated transit time to US addresses: 7–10 business days based on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carrier backlogs, customs clearance, weather or holidays.

Packaging

All watches are securely packed to protect items during international transit.

Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

Lost / Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your local postal carrier and neighbors first. Contact us and we will assist with an investigation.
