I. Case Craftsmanship (904L Stainless Steel)
• Material: Uses 904L stainless steel identical to the genuine watch, corrosion-resistant, scratch-proof with substantial texture.
• Dimensions: 40mm diameter, 11.9mm thickness, fully consistent with the genuine model.
• Finishing: High polish on case flank; brushed + polished smooth transition between lugs and case body. CNC precision machining with sharp edges and no burrs.
• Lugs / End links: Separately molded end links seamlessly joined with the case; top flush with case, tail slightly concave, bottom recessed to replicate genuine structure.
• Case back: Fine brushing on steel versions; precious metal variants (rose gold / white gold) engraved with 750 and St. Bernard dog hallmark, deep and crisp markings. New 4131 case back features wider flat surface for improved wrist comfort.
• Crown / Shoulder Guards: Symmetrical triple shoulders. Crown logo matches the size at the 3 o’clock position with curved profile. Screw-down construction for authentic water resistance.

II. Ceramic Bezel (Core advantage inherited from original Clean Factory)
• Material: High-purity ceramic made via nano sintering, high hardness, scratch-resistant and colorfast.
• Markings: Deep laser engraving filled with platinum powder (not electroplated), rich grain texture, no blackening or fading.
• Font: Three-dimensional rounded numerals and indices with softly rounded edges, matching genuine specifications.
• Color consistency: JF adopts original “Clean bezel”. Industry-leading color matching for black, white, grey and rose gold bezels.
• Fit: Tight seamless fit between bezel and case with no wobble or gaps.

III. Dial
• Panda Dial: Exclusive dead-white dial that resists yellowing or reddening, delivering the most accurate tone.
• Printing: Embossed oil printing. Clear “Rolex/Cosmograph” lettering without ghosting or offset.
• Sub-dials: Sub-dials at 3/6/9 o’clock match genuine in size and texture, matte radial / CD pattern reproduced; clean borders free of burrs.
• Baton hour markers: Inlaid three-dimensional markers with chamfered clean edges; flat top and curved sides matching genuine.
• Precious metal versions: Cement grey dial with vacuum PVD electroplating (2–4μm), preserving sunburst finish. Ordinary paint tends to be thick and prone to fading.

IV. Hand Craftsmanship
• Material: Solid steel hands (not thin sheet metal), manufactured by Buff factory with solid texture.
• Finishing: Full mirror polish on all hands, scratch and burr-free. Solid central arbor with no hollow look.
• Shape: Hour / minute / chronograph hands match genuine in length, thickness and curve; sharp tip on chronograph seconds hand.
• Lume: Even filling with neat edges, same luminous color as hour markers.

V. Indices & Luminous Material
• Bezel markings: Consistent depth on ceramic bezel engravings with full platinum filling and natural reflection.
• Dial indices: Crisp printing on sub-dial markings, no blurriness or misalignment.
• Luminous material: Swiss Super-LumiNova, high brightness, long-lasting blue-green glow close to genuine.
• Filling process: Moderate luminous height with clean edges on markers and hands. V2 upgraded to “genuine-style fine grain finish” instead of smooth surface.

VI. Steel Bracelet (904L Stainless Steel)
• Material: Same 904L steel as case, layered brushing and polishing.🎮

• End links: Seamless connection to case, no step or wobble; interchangeable with genuine parts structurally.

VII. Clasp
• Steel version: Folding safety clasp, one-piece formed with no welding spots. Matte inner surface and polished outer surface; clear engraved codes, logo and dragon-phoenix hallmark.
• New 4131 (rubber strap version): Extended clasp with approx.3cm quick slide adjustment. Tension memory steel spring stays tight without sagging; solid adjustment feel.
• Fit: Smooth transition between clasp and bracelet, comfortable to wear and not abrasive.

VIII. Sapphire Crystal
• Material: High-transparency sapphire with double-sided anti-reflective coating, light transmittance ≈92%.
• Details: 152-point laser engraved tiny crown at 6 o’clock, curved edge polishing. Crystal slightly raised above ceramic bezel at the same height as genuine. No white gap at case junction.

IX. Non-hack True Weight Screw Integrated Cal.4131 & Cal.4132 Movements!
Major upgrade! Dandong non-hack integrated Cal.4131 and Cal.4132 movements.
Balance wheel: Copper alloy / beryllium copper balance wheel fitted with 4 adjustable genuine weight screws on rim.
• Hairspring: Nivarox-grade alloy hairspring, non-hack assembly without outer stud interference.
• Regulation method: Rotate weight screws to alter balance wheel inertia, fine-tuning accuracy down to ±1 sec/day.
